Transportation information

The order must be placed directly from the website of the receiving country. If you choose a different delivery country, your shopping bag may be modified or emptied.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order.

The delivery time is from Monday to Friday during working hours (excluding holidays).

Your order will be shipped after the payment method is accepted. Our warehouse usually ships within 5-10 working days after placing an order. If there is any delay, we will contact you.

Global delivery takes 10 to 15 working days, and delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery location and supply situation. Delivery to addresses in remote areas may take longer.

If you want to make additional purchases, you will need to place a new order for another order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be merged.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, we cannot cancel it.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. If the information provided by the buyer is inaccurate or incomplete, resulting in delivery failure, iconiccharmcloset.com shall not be held responsible.

Transportation costs

Iconiccharmcloset.com provides free DHL express delivery service (excluding tax, after discount) for all orders of $500 and above. Please note that your order will enjoy free delivery service at checkout. After the order is shipped by DHL, it takes 5-10 working days for express delivery and delivery.

The shipping cost for all orders is unified at $30.

A large order volume may result in extended delivery times.
